Deiva Thirumagal..

So we managed to catch this movie yesterday evening at Escape..we went only for night shows previously with Oviya falling asleep. When EA's colleague had 2 extra tickets and asked if we could come for the evening show, we agreed hoping Ovi would sleep.

The first half, she was peaceful and calmly watched the movie. As the interval approached, she became cranky. After the interval, she was completely restless, threw popcorn all over the aisle and wanted to walk on the steps! Poor EA had to miss the second half of the movie and take her outside. There, she managed to snatch the mobile of a yesteryears actress too!

The movie is good. Vikram's acting is superb. The little girl is very cute too. What i would have liked is for the movie to have not dragged on in some parts. The Anushka song was completely unnecessary.

Now let me come to the best part about the movie- The apartment shown many times(!!) in the movie is our apartment!!!:) I was so excited the first time i saw it on the big screen that i almost cried! The play area, the terrace, Anushka's home are all in our apartment. I eagerly watched the shooting and was dying to see the movie and there were so many scenes!

For the ones who have seen the movie Ko, the scenes in the second half where Jiiva chases a thief were also shot in our apartment.

So, our apartment seems to have become a popular film location..
